SAP HR Payroll Systems Manager

Core Requirements: 10 + Years Project and Program Management Experience with preference to enterprise SAP Implementations Well versed with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Framework and SAP Implementation Methodologies Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent Presentation skills with senior and executive management Works well in a team based and individual contributor capacity Works well under timeline stresses and able to respond to ambiguity Able to work with Nielsen and TCS peers in a direct and virtual capacity Able to travel within North America and Europe as Project deliverables dictate Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project and preferred experience in Microsoft Project Server Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook/Exchange and Visio Preferred: Preferred PMI Certification and familiarity with PMBOK body of knowledge Familiarity and experience with Business Process Blueprinting and Process Redesign (BPR)
